Open the coconut, and pour out the coconut water.
In a pot, add milk, cream, sugar and gelatine powder. Turn on the heat to melt the sugar and the gelatine. Keep stirring but do not heat to boil. Stop when everything is well combined (~temperature 60 Celsius).
Add in the coconut water and leave heat. Set aside to cool down to warm.
Pour into the coconut shell. Put in fridge and leave for overnight (or at least 6 hours).
