Choose big and fresh field snails 选择大而新鲜的田螺
Choose more fat meat paste 选择比较肥的肉糜
Sink field snails into slat and oil water about 2 hours 把田螺浸泡在盐和油混合的水中2小时
Brush and wash field snails 刷田螺洗净
Cut field snail tails,let there is a big hole in tails 减去田螺尾巴,洞要剪的足够大
Boild field snails into boiling water about 3 minutes, let white forth out 在沸水中煮田螺3分钟,让白色泡沫浮出
Seperate field snail shells and meat 分离田螺肉和壳 Use flour wash field snail meat again 用面粉再次清洗田螺肉
Mix meat paste, chopped field snail , cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger juice 把田螺肉糜,糜,料酒,生抽,姜汁混合
Push meat into field snail shells 把肉塞进田螺里
Put ginger, sring onion, salt, light soy suace, cooking wine to fry and then put water to boild untill the water almost dry 放葱,姜,料酒,生抽,盐翻炒,加水炖至收汁水
