Lotus Root Starch 藕粉(5/5)
（1）Boiling water to tempture 100C. 沸水煮开到100度°
（2） Put Lotus root starch into boiling water little by little, at the same time mix fast. 把藕粉一点点加入沸水，同时快速搅拌。
（3）Mix fast about 1 minute. 快速搅拌1分钟。
（4）Untill Lotus root starch to be diaphanous and rocy. 搅拌均匀至透明粘稠状。
（5）Add some Osmanths. 加一些桂花。
