先将黄瓜洗净切片,火腿肠切片,西红柿洗净切片,木耳用开水泡好后备用;
炒锅烧热倒入菜籽油烧至六七成热下入豆浆皮随即倒出沥干油分备用,锅中烧油放入姜葱炒香后加入适量浓汤;
把豆浆皮,火腿肠,木耳,黄瓜,西红柿依次放入锅中,随即放入适量盐,味精,少量鸡精调味后煮一会儿即可起锅装盘!
