Braised radish(红烧萝卜)

Ingredients(原料)
· Radish(萝卜)
· Szechuan pepper(花椒)
· Soybean sauce(酱油)
· Vinegar(醋)
· Salt(盐)
· Sugar(糖)
· Starch(淀粉)
· Oil(油)
1. Cut the radish into small cubes(萝卜切小块)
2. Boil the radish cubes for about 5-10 minutes(焯5-10分钟)
3. Add some oil to the pot and heat, add some Szechuan pepper and stir(锅中放油烧热,加入花椒炒香)
4. Add the boiled radish pieces and stir(加入焯好的萝卜翻炒)
5. Mix vinegar, soybean sauce, salt, sugar and starch with water in a bowl(醋、酱油、盐、糖、淀粉和水混匀)
6. Add the seasoning to the radish and stir until all radish cubes cover with it(倒进锅里和萝卜块一起翻炒,直到所有萝卜沾上红烧汁)
7. Done(完成)
