Ingredients(原料)
· Shrimp(虾仁)
· Egg(鸡蛋)
· Water(水)
· Salt(盐)
· Scallion(葱)
· Oil(油)
1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add some water and salt to mix it up(鸡蛋打进碗里,加入水和盐打发)
2. Cut the scallion into pieces and add to the egg(葱切小块,加进蛋液里)
3. Add some oil to the pot and heat up(锅中放油烧热)
4. Add the shrimps and stir until it turns red(加入虾仁,翻炒至变色)
5. Add the egg and stir until it gets solidified(加入蛋液翻炒至凝固)
6. Done(完成)
