Bento with fresh vegetables, scrambled egg and Teriyaki sausages(炒蛋照烧香肠便当配蔬菜)

Ingredients(原料)
· Fresh vegetables(新鲜蔬菜)
· Eggs and milk(鸡蛋和牛奶)
· Salt and black pepper(盐和黑胡椒)
· Scallion(葱)
· Soybean sauce and oyster sauce(酱油和蚝油)
· Sugar(糖)
· Sausages(香肠)
· Rice(米饭)
1. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with some milk and salt(鸡蛋打进碗里,加入牛奶和盐)
2. Add some oil to the pot and heat it up, add the egg juice and stir, add some black pepper(锅里放油烧热,加入蛋液翻炒,加入少量黑胡椒)
3. Scrambled egg finished(完成炒蛋)
4. Mix the soybean sauce, oyster sauce and sugar with water to make the Teriyaki juice(酱油、蚝油、糖和水混匀制成照烧汁)
5. Cut the sausages into segments, cut a crisscross pattern on the top of each segments(香肠切段,在顶端划十字)
6. Add some oil to the pot and heat up, add some scallion segments and stir(锅中放油烧热,加入葱段翻炒)
7. Add the sausages, then add the Teriyaki juice, stir until all sausages covers with the juice(加入香肠和照烧汁,翻炒至所有香肠沾上照烧汁)
8. Place the rice in the lunch-box, then place the sausage, scrambled eggs and fresh vegetables in order(将米饭装进饭盒,摆上炒蛋、照烧香肠和新鲜蔬菜)
9. Done(完成)
