· Cauliflower(菜花)
· Bacon(培根)
· Garlic(蒜)
· Salt and sugar(盐和糖)
· Pixian broad-bean sauce(郫县豆瓣酱)
· Oil(油)
1. Cut the cauliflower and bacon, and garlic into pieces(培根菜花切小块,蒜切末)
2. Boil the cauliflowers for 2 minutes(菜花焯2分钟)
3. Add some oil to the pot and heat it up, add the garlics and stir(锅中放油烧热,加入蒜炒香)
4. Add a spoon of Pixian broad-bean sauce and stir(加入郫县豆瓣酱继续翻炒)
