番茄肥牛白菜龙虾球

宅家美食日记 Tomato braised beef, cabbage and lobster ball(番茄肥牛白菜龙虾球)   Time: 30 minutes(时间:30分钟) Ingredients(原料) ·      Tomato(番茄) ·      Sliced beef(肥牛片) ·      Cabbage(白菜) ·      Lobster ball(龙虾球) ·      Salt, soybean sauce and ketchup(盐、酱油、番茄酱) ·      Garlic(蒜) ·      Oil(油)   1.     Boil the beef and lobster ball for 3 minutes(肥牛和龙虾球煮3分钟) 2.     Cut the tomato and garlic into small pieces(番茄和蒜切小块) 3.     Add some oil and heat the pot, add the garlics and stir(锅里放油烧热,加入蒜炒香) 4.     Add the tomato pieces, stir until it becomes soft and mashed(加入番茄块炒软) 5.     Add the beef, cabbage and lobster balls(加入肥牛片、白菜、龙虾球) 6.     Add some water, a spoon of salt, soybean sauce and some ketchup(加入水,一勺盐,酱油和番茄酱) 7.     Braise until the liquid reduces to 1/3(煮至汤汁减少到1/3) 8.     Done(完成)
